So, originally I was not planning on voting. That's right! I said it! I wasn't. I figured it didn't matter anyway. Than I heard something quotes that go like this "If you don't vote than you're just giving the other guy a vote. But if you vote, you vote for who you want." and "Women and African Americans could not vote before and people in other countries have no right to vote to this day, it's a shame if you don't vote" and "If you don't vote, you can't complain!" and than that was the last straw. I complain like the best of them. If my right to complain is being threatened than by gholly vote is what I'm going to do. But seriously, you get a cool "I voted" sticker and everything. They even have lines like at amusement parks. I'm surprised there isn't a carnival going on next to or near by each of the voting locations. Or a swapmeet or political fair of some sorts with hot dogs, popcorn, Obama and John Mc Cain stuffed prizes to win at the game booths. Flyers on propisitions, pencils, stickers goodie bags. I'm kind of disappointed really that "Corporate America" isn't taking more advantage of the situation. I wonder if that will be the scene one day at election time sometime in our future? Maybe not, but I wouldn't be surprised. That's what is so great about Evolution, you never know what will become.
Sorry, I know I got off topic there for a second. It's also not really my thing to be political, but it is my thing to want and wish for more. So go vote. Please? GO! VOTE!! GO VOTE!!! GO VOTE NOW!!!
Is change possible? Could we really make a difference?
ANSWER: Only if you want to!
GO VOTE! GO VOTE! GO VOTE! GO VOTE! GO VOTE! GO VOTE! GO VOTE! GO VOTE! GO VOTE!
This has been a public service announcement. Thanks for reading! GO VOTE!
